PRICING:
+ 125/hour studio time base rate, billed prior to event

GUARANTEE & AMENITIES:
+ The studio is guranteed to be deep cleaned & ready for use prior to the start of the
event
+ Bathrooms available down the hall
+ Free parking lot
+ Assisted prep if requested at an additional cost such as chair rentals, table rentals,
projector & screen rental, privisions (food,, drinks, utensils, plates, etc) and trash
removal
+ Intra-event assistance is available at an additional 50/hour, pending date approval

+ 24 hour notice to book

CANCELLATION POLICY:
+ 24 hour cancellation policy, no exceptions

+ Trainer’s Insurance (must add MRS location to your insurance + provide copy)
+ Waiver & Release of Liability Forms from you and the client/patient
